What insurance is accepted?
Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, United Health Care, Cigna, Freedom Life, UMR. Currently, we are not accepting any new patients with Medicare.
What happens if I miss my appointment?
All patients are called to confirm their appointment the day prior to their appointment. There is a $75 NO SHOW FEE if you miss an appointment. You must call 24 hours prior to your appointment to cancel to avoid this fee.
